Our provider database includes Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Physician's Assistants, and many other labor categories. Physicians, medical staff, and non-medical staff recruited by CSS complete a rigorous pre-employment assessment process and must demonstrate the highest level of professional competency. We carefully screen applicants, which includes completing education and employment verifications, background checks, comprehensive skills assessment, and interviewing candidates. We then match the candidate's level of experience to our clients' requirements.
Credentialing and Quality Management
Our dedicated Credential Specialist monitors every aspect of the provider data management and credential process. This ensures screening and verifications are completed in accordance with national healthcare commissions and in compliance with Federal contracting standards.

Our Program Management Team has vast experience obtaining required country clearances for our contract personnel who fulfill requirements in overseas locations.
